With more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage and home lending industry, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and lending scenarios, including first home buyers, home purchases, refinancing, property upgrades, downsizing and changing financial circumstances. Every client is different, which is why I believe mortgage advice should never be a one-size-fits-all process.
My passion is education.
I believe that understanding your home loan is just as important as getting the loan itself. Mortgages can be complex, and there is often a lot of terminology, paperwork and financial information to work through. My role is to break that information down into plain English, explain your options and make sure you understand what you’re committing to.
Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing an existing mortgage, looking to access equity, upgrading your home or preparing for your next property move, I take the time to understand where you are now and where you want to go.
Through The Approval Project, my focus is on providing a transparent, personalised and education-focused mortgage broking experience. I want my clients to leave the process not only with a suitable lending solution, but with a much clearer understanding of how their mortgage works and how they can make the most of their financial position.
Based in Hervey Bay, Queensland, I work with clients throughout the Wide Bay region, including the Fraser Coast, and can also assist clients Australia-wide through online and digital lending processes.
After more than a decade in the industry and hundreds of clients helped, I still believe the most valuable part of mortgage broking is helping people feel informed, confident and in control of their lending decisions.
